PAST DUE SEWER AMOUNTS
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY RESIDENT WHO HAD PAST DUE SEWER AMOUNTS FROM LCRA BILLING ENDING DECEMBER 2013 WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL BILLING BY PENN REVENUE.
ANY PAST DUE AMOUNTS WILL NOW BE SHOWN AND WILL BE COLLECTED WITH THE REGULAR BILLING BY PENN REVENUE USING A VARIETY OF OPTIONS INCLUDING LIENS, COLLECTION AGENCIES, ETC. IT IS HIGHLY ADVISABLE TO PAY ANY PAST DUE AMOUNTS TO AVOID ANY LIENS AND/OR POSSIBLE LITIGATION.

SUGAR NOTCH BOROUGH MEETING DATES 2021
NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sugar Notch Borough Council will meet at 6:30 P.M. on the following dates in 2021 at the Sugar Notch Borough Municipal Building located at 742 Main Street, Sugar Notch, PA: January 6, February 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, September 1, October 6, November 3, December 1 and December 15. Work sessions will be held at 6:30 P.M. on February 17, April 21, June 16, August 18, October 20. The Sugar Notch Borough Planning Commission will meet the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:30 P.M., as needed.
All Meetings will be held at the Sugar Notch Borough Building.
Any changes to this schedule will be advertised in the newspaper and on website as well as posted at Borough Building.
The Public is invited and encouraged to attend via zoom. The sign in information for all zoom meetings will be posted on website 24 hours before meetings.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sugar Notch Borough Council is presently limiting in-person meetings due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. All meetings until further notice will take place via a virtual platform and a link will be shared on the Borough’s website, https://www.sugarnotchborough.com/. This link will also contain a phone number and conference ID for those who would like to participate by phone. Questions or Comments directed to the Borough Council may be submitted to the Borough Secretary via email at snboro@ptd.net and the same will be addressed at the meeting.

Garbage Collection Changes
Attached is a letter which outlines items that will not be collected at curbside. This is a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection mandate which all municipalities must adhere to. Items that are determined to fall in these categories at collection time will be tagged as non-collectable.
